Treatment Recommendations

We offer 60 and 90-minute pregnancy massage treatment sessions, chosen based on your condition:

  • 60 minutes – Most popular, especially in the second and third trimester.
  • 90 minutes – Ideal for full-body care or when combining swelling, fatigue, and pain management.

Treatments can be beneficial throughout pregnancy, with adjustments to the duration to suit each stage of pregnancy.

For ongoing support, we suggest:

  • Fortnightly sessions from week 16–30
  • Weekly sessions from week 31–birth
  • Postnatal treatment (especially in the first 6 weeks after delivery) can also help with recovery, feeding posture, and emotional reset.

  • If you are booking in for just a relaxing massage session, you can select any duration.
  • If you are booking in for a remedial massage session, it is best to book in as a New Patient as that allows us more time to assess your condition.
  • Consent forms will be sent to you prior to your appointment.
  • You will also be sent a reminder SMS and email for your upcoming appointment.
  • The North Hobart Massage clinic shares premises and administrative staff with Precisely Chiropractic.
  • As this is a professional massage clinic managed by a Practice Manager, your satisfaction and quality of service will be looked after.
