1. Appointments and Confirmations
- When you book an appointment with us (online, by phone, or in person), you will receive a confirmation email (if a valid email address is provided).
- Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive this confirmation within 1 hour.
- If the email address provided is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible to update your details.
- Automated SMS reminders will be sent before your appointment (usually 24–48 hours in advance).
- You must reply “YES” to confirm your attendance, or provide another response (cancel, reschedule, etc.) to update your booking.
- You may also contact us directly by phone on (03) 6289 6885 or email at preciselychiropractic@gmail.com to make changes.
- If you make a same-day booking or book after 6pm for the following morning, you may not receive an automated reminder. Our team may contact you by phone or SMS to confirm your attendance.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We require at least 12 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your appointment.
- This allows us to offer your time to another client.
- Failure to provide notice or non-attendance will result in a cancellation fee (see Section 4).
- If you do not respond to confirmation reminders or fail to contact us at least 12 hours before your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and apply a cancellation fee.
- Repeated late cancellations, reschedules, or non-attendance may require pre-payment of future appointments.
3. Late Arrivals
- If you know you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible by phone, SMS, or email.
- Depending on how late you arrive:
- Up to 10 minutes late: We will provide your full appointment time where possible.
- 10–30 minutes late: We may shorten your session or split it into two shorter sessions. Full payment will still apply.
- More than 30 minutes late: The appointment will be considered a missed session and a cancellation fee will apply.
4. Cancellation Fees
- Initial Consultation (New Clients): $109.00
- Follow-Up or Extended Consultation: $79.00
- Standard Consultation: $59.00
- Cancellation fees apply to non-attendance or cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice.
- Fees are not rebatable through Medicare or private health funds.
- If cancellation fees remain unpaid, debt collection services may be used.
5. Health and Safety
- Please inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or other relevant information before your treatment.
- Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. For medical concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.
6. Our Commitment
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you are unable to provide notice due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Our aim is to support our clients while ensuring fair treatment of our therapists’ time and the needs of other clients.
