Our comprehensive 60-minute remedial massage appointment is designed to fully assess and treat the symptoms or condition that you are suffering from.

During this session, if not already done so, a treatment plan will be designed to help you recover from a specific musculo-skeletal condition. Recommendations such as stretches, ergonomics, and other lifestyle changes may be provided to enhance your wellbeing at home. Both the assessment and the massage session will make up the 60 minutes of this appointment.

⚠️Should you require the dry needling modality, kindly inform the practitioner on the day of your appointment.

SECOND OPINION POLICY - Here at North Hobart Massage we pride ourselves on having a very talented pool of practitioners with unique skillsets. We understand that rarely down the line, the provided treatment may not resonate with you, hence we aim to match a more suitable practitioner with you for a second opinion. So, if you think that yours’ is not the "right fit" to help with your problem, please let us know and we will arrange accordingly. We typically encourage to “give it a go” for at least 5 appointments or around 4 weeks.
