Treatment Recommendations

We offer flexible session lengths and program plans tailored to your needs:

  • 30 minutes: Ideal for focused work on one region (e.g., a tight hamstring knot or glute referral point)
  • 60 minutes: Recommended when both low back and hips are involved, allowing integrated release and alignment work
  • 90 minutes: Best for chronic or complex issues spanning lower back, glutes, and hamstrings, requiring deeper tissue engagement

Your therapist will recommend a duration based on mobility loss, severity, and activity goals. Most shoulder conditions benefit from weekly sessions for 3-6 weeks, followed by reassessment and corrective home care support.

  • If you are booking in for a remedial massage session, it is best to book in as a New Patient as that allows us more time to assess your condition.
  • Consent forms will be sent to you prior to your appointment.
  • You will also be sent a reminder SMS and email for your upcoming appointment.
  • The North Hobart Massage clinic shares premises and administrative staff with Precisely Chiropractic.
  • As this is a professional massage clinic managed by a Practice Manager, your satisfaction and quality of service will be looked after.
