Treatment Recommendations

We offer 30, 60, and 90-minute remedial treatment sessions, chosen based on your condition:

  • 30 minutes: Great if you just want to focus on a single leg or a specific spot.
  • 60 minutes: Best for working on both knees and calves, with enough time to address what is contributing to the pain.
  • 90 minutes: Ideal if things have been going on for a while, or if you’ve had pain in multiple areas (like hips, knees, and feet).

We typically recommend weekly treatments for 3–5 sessions to make real changes. Your therapist may also show you light movements or adjustments to support healing between visits.

  • If you are booking in for just a relaxing massage session, you can select any duration.
  • If you are booking in for a remedial massage session, it is best to book in as a New Patient as that allows us more time to assess your condition.
  • Consent forms will be sent to you prior to your appointment.
  • You will also be sent a reminder SMS and email for your upcoming appointment.
  • The North Hobart Massage clinic shares premises and administrative staff with Precisely Chiropractic.
  • As this is a professional massage clinic managed by a Practice Manager, your satisfaction and quality of service will be looked after.
