Treatment Recommendations

We offer 30, 60, and 90-minute remedial treatment sessions, chosen based on your condition:

  • 30 minutes: For localised tension following minor sprains or strains.
  • 60 minutes: Most commonly recommended-allows for assessment, release, and rebalancing.
  • 90 minutes: Ideal for complex, multi-joint compensation (e.g. foot sprain → hip/pelvis overload).

In most cases, we recommend weekly sessions for 2–4 weeks, adjusted based on ryour rate of recovery and functional goals.

  • If you are booking in for just a relaxing massage session, you can select any duration.
  • If you are booking in for a remedial massage session, it is best to book in as a New Patient as that allows us more time to assess your condition.
  • Consent forms will be sent to you prior to your appointment.
  • You will also be sent a reminder SMS and email for your upcoming appointment.
  • The North Hobart Massage clinic shares premises and administrative staff with Precisely Chiropractic.
  • As this is a professional massage clinic managed by a Practice Manager, your satisfaction and quality of service will be looked after.
