Remedial Massage | Dry Needling
Post-workout Recovery

Overview
You train hard. You push limits. But the real gains happen during recovery.
Whether you’re lifting, running, or doing high-volume work, your muscles need support to repair, reset, and come back stronger. When you skip recovery, your body lets you know—through DOMS, tightness, reduced performance, or lingering fatigue.
Post-workout massage helps flush out metabolic waste, restore mobility, calm the nervous system, and speed up tissue recovery—so you’re not just ready for the next session, you’re primed for it.
During the session
- We’ll start by asking: What are you training for? What feels sore, overloaded, or tight?
- Then we tailor the treatment - maybe that’s flushing tight quads after heavy squats, releasing upper traps after pull day, or decompressing hips post-run. We use a combination of flow-based myofascial work, trigger point release, compression, or movement-based stretch—depending on what your body needs.
- It’s not about pain. It’s about precision. You’ll feel a shift—not just in soreness, but in recovery rhythm.

Treatment Recommendations
Depending on your training load and recovery goals:
- 30 minutes – Great between sessions for focused flush (e.g. legs day or upper back release).
- 60 minutes – Best for recovery after high-volume or whole-body training.
- 90 minutes – Ideal during taper phases, deload weeks, or post-event recovery (e.g., marathon, comp prep).
Suggested routine:
- 1–2 sessions/week during heavy training blocks.
- Every 2–3 weeks for maintenance during stable phases.
- Within 24–48 hours after peak sessions for best DOMS management.
This isn’t about “relaxation massage.” It’s about performance longevity, tissue health, and staying consistent in your training cycle.
