Treatment Recommendations

We offer 30, 60, and 90-minute remedial treatment sessions, chosen based on your condition:

  • We recommend a 60-minute session to properly assess and treat these symptoms.
  • A 30-minute session is only recommended if you have been previously assessed and treated. This session is usually for spot-treatment and may not carry a full assessment.
  • The 90-minute session is advisable if you have more than just headaches, migraines, and jaw issues. A full-body assessment and treatment will be provided. 

Your therapist will recommend a duration based on mobility loss, severity, and activity goals. Ergonomic suggestions will be provided if necessary.

  • If you are booking in for just a relaxing massage session, you can select any duration.
  • If you are booking in for a remedial massage session, it is best to book in as a New Patient as that allows us more time to assess your condition.
  • Consent forms will be sent to you prior to your appointment.
  • You will also be sent a reminder SMS and email for your upcoming appointment.
  • The North Hobart Massage clinic shares premises and administrative staff with Precisely Chiropractic.
  • As this is a professional massage clinic managed by a Practice Manager, your satisfaction and quality of service will be looked after.
