Forearm, Wrist Pain, Tennis Elbow/Golfer's Elbow

Overview
Pain in your forearm or wrist can really get in the way of daily life-especially if you’re typing, lifting, or using your hands a lot. Conditions like tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, or general wrist and forearm tightness often stem from repetitive movement, gripping, or stress overload on your tendons and muscles.
We can help by releasing tension, improving blood flow, and giving those overworked areas a chance to heal naturally.
During the session
Each treatment process starts with an examination of where it hurts, questioning what aggravates it, and understanding how it is affecting your work or hobbies. We will then focus on:
- Deep massage to tight spots along the forearm and around the elbow.
- Releasing tendon attachments that may be inflamed.
- Gentle mobilisations and stretching to help your wrist and elbow move better.
- Checking your posture and how you’re using your arm during the day.
- Giving you confidence that movement doesn’t have to hurt forever.
Treatment Recommendations
We offer 30, 60, and 90-minute remedial treatment sessions, and we will provide you with an appropriate treatment suggestion.
- 30 minutes: Works well if you need a tune-up for one forearm, especially if the pain is mild or recent.
- 60 minutes: Our most common option-it lets us cover your whole arm, wrist, and even the shoulder if needed.
- 90 minutes: Best if you’ve had pain for a long time, or if it’s connected to neck or postural tension.
Consistency matters for overuse injuries. We often suggest weekly treatment sessions at the beginning, then spacing them out as you heal. We will also provide you with simple stretches or ergonomic suggestions.
